Renewable Diesel (HVO) now available at Ulceby truckstop

Onroute Truckstops is now supplying Renewable Diesel (HVO) at both Junction 29 in Chesterfield and Ulceby near Immingham, with plans in place to supply this sustainable fuel alternative across its entire network in the very near future.

Using Renewable Diesel is a great starting point for hauliers looking to reduce their carbon footprint. Made from 100% renewable and sustainable feedstocks it can achieve substantial savings on greenhouse gas emission of up to 90%. It can also be used in place of conventional diesel without having to make any engine modifications1. An additional benefit is that Renewable Diesel can help reduce local tailpipe emissions.

Business Development Manager for Onroute Truckstops, David Hatherell said;

As part of  the Mabanaft Group we are keen to support the energy transition away from traditional fossil fuels to new, renewable energy sources. Supplying Renewable Diesel (HVO) at Onroute Truckstops is an important step in this journey.
